The purpose of the Electric League of Missouri & Kansas Scholarship Fund is to provide annual scholarships to both entering and continuing college students who are employees of member companies, their children or grandchildren (Dues paid Dec 31). The fund was established in 1996 to provide an ongoing service to members of the Electric League.

Award or Awards are on average $500 with an average of four awards being made each year.

When answering the essay question please note that you will be evaluated on how well your answer is written with attention being given to content, author's writing style and proper use of grammar. Attach one or two pages, typed and double spaced.

    This essay should discuss the use of the scholarship, your interest in your intended field of study, educational plans and goals upon graduation.
