To identify and cooperatively meet the diverse needs of member businesses in Missouri & Kansas who provide products or services to the electrical industry.

STANDARDIZED TRAINING for OUTAGE RECOVERY in the METRO

STORM is a program created from discussions with the metro area utilities, Metro City inspectors and the electrical industry to find compatible areas associated with post-storm electrical repair and safety procedures.

The Electric League of Missouri and Kansas provides administrative support to this program and provides the education and information to the industry on developments related to this committee.

To date the Electric League in cooperation with the area utilities have presented two panel discussions at the Johnson County Licensing seminars about the STORM committee from the utility, manufacturer, representative and inspector viewpoint. These seminars have been well received.

In 2010 we look forward to publishing information about KCPL’s new electric service standards.

Watch your newsletters and your email for further information about STORM. We will always have our website updated at www.electricleague.org
